My self-pay fees are the following:

-

-
$190 for a 55 minute individual session

*I offer a limited amount of sliding scale spots based on income and circumstances. These are currently full.
Please verify with your insurance that I accept your specific plan prior to our first appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit cards, including HSA and FSA. Many insurances provide out-of-network benefits and I can give you a detailed receipt to be reimbursed.
Cancellation Policy
Therapy is most effective when we are able to meet consistently and I will schedule you for the same day and time each week. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule our appointment I ask for 24 hours notice. If you give less than 24 hours notice, a late cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card on file the day of the canceled or missed appointment. I understand giving notice is not always possible due to life circumstances and I will waive this fee the first time it occurs.
If you are using insurance it is important to know insurance companies will not reimburse you for late cancellations or missed appointments.
Research shows the most important predictor of successful therapy is the quality of relationship with your therapist.

Contact me for a complimentary 20 minute video consultation so I can answer any of your questions and we can make sure we are a good fit.
No Suprises Act
As part of the Federal No Surprises Act, individuals who use self-pay for services are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

-
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
-
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
-
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
-
Please see No Surprises Act Client Rights for more information.
